Our Délices du Monastère caramels are made in our workshop at the Abbaye Val Notre-Dame in St-Jean de Matha. They are without doubt the best in the region. Sister Angèle helped develop the recipe with the brothers of the community. Warning: once you've opened the jar, you'll find it hard to stop eating!
