For payments by cheque, please note that your products will be shipped to you once we have received your cheque.

Shipping and handling fees

All orders are sent by regular mail. If your order is urgent, please contact us for special rates. Fees are based on the order’s weight and destination. The QST applies to residents of Quebec only, while the GST applies throughout Canada. Taxes are adjusted automatically for all other Canadian provinces.

Shipping to the United States: Please contact us for shipping and handling fees.

Val Notre-Dame Abbey – Return and refund policy

Thank you for shopping at www.abbayevalnotredame.ca. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date on which the item was received to return it. To be eligible for a return, the purchased item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. Your item must be returned in the original packaging with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Upon receiving your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. Once we have inspected the item, we will immediately notify you of the status of your refund. Once your return is approved, we will refund the purchase to the credit card number used.

The shipping cost to return the item is the customer’s responsibility and is non-refundable. If the refund is approved, the original cost to ship the product to you will be deducted from your refund.
