In keeping with this recommendation of our father St. Benedict, we welcome in the silence of our monastery guesthouse all men and women who wish to take a break or who are looking for spiritual renewal. We offer everyone, regardless of their origin or religious affiliation, the possibility of reflection, meditation and prayer in a magnificent rural setting.

The stays we offer are silent stays, there is no preaching. Each person is free to organise his or her time as he or she sees fit, while respecting meal times, although everyone is invited to participate in our liturgical prayer. A priest-monk is also available for those who wish to have a spiritual talk.

Outside, during the spring, summer and autumn, there are opportunities for long walks on the footpaths that run through our grounds. In winter, there is the possibility of cross-country skiing, by registering at the Cut Mountain Centre, located in the same building as our shop.

The brothers in charge of the hotel will be happy to welcome you. Brother André Gauthier is in charge of reservations, which can be made by telephone at 450 960-2889, ext. 1164, or by e-mail: [email protected] Before booking, please check our availability on the following tab. Due to the small number of rooms and the high demand, we only welcome people once a year. If you wish to return a second time during the year, your name will be put on a waiting list for the desired date. Upon your arrival, a brother will introduce you to the various areas of the abbey: room, refectory, church. Brother Yves Girard is available for a spiritual talk.
