This syrup is made from an infusion of Monarde flowers picked in the fields of L'Abbaye Val-Notre-Dame. It is produced in the Abbey's workshops.
Its light and subtle taste makes it easy to incorporate into many dishes from appetizer to dessert.
Try it as a base for a cocktail like a Gin and Tonic or in the preparation of a good salmon tartar.
