Located around 40 minutes from Rawdon and Val-Saint-Côme, the Abbaye Val Notre-Dame network is part of a rapidly expanding regional mountain bike offering. Although development of the sport is still relatively recent in the region, the potential is considerable.

With over 15 km of trails accessible free of charge from April 15 until the first snow, there's something for everyone, whether you're looking for a short stroll or a long hike. Perfect for an outing with family or friends, the site also welcomes dogs on a leash during the summer season.
